Why it exists
Privacy is for protection, not for cover.
HyverMail helps people keep their real address private. That only works if aliases are not used to harm others, so the rules below apply to every account and every alias.
Not allowed
You may not use HyverMail to:
Using an alias for any of the following breaks this policy:
- Send spam, bulk or unsolicited commercial email.
- Phish, impersonate a person or organisation, or spread malware.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Commit fraud or take part in anything unlawful.
- Get around bans, limits or free-trial rules on other services by creating aliases in bulk.
- Probe, overload or attack HyverMail or the people who use it.
What we do
How we act on abuse.
We may disable an alias, limit sending or suspend an account that breaks this policy, and we cooperate with valid legal requests. Where we can, we will explain what happened.
Seen a HyverMail address being misused?
Send the message with its full headers to abuse@hyvermail.com. Reports are handled by a person, and we never tell the account who reported it.
