The agreement

Using HyverMail means accepting these terms.

These terms are an agreement between you and Hyver Information Technology, the company that operates HyverMail. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

Your account

Keep your account secure.

You must give an email address you control and keep your password and recovery codes safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe it has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use aliases lawfully and fairly.

You may not use HyverMail for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment or anything unlawful, or to get around another service's rules. The Acceptable Use Policy explains this in detail.

Plans and payment

Free stays free; a paid plan renews until you cancel it.

The Free plan is available without charge. Plus and Business are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our merchant of record. The price and what the plan includes are shown before you pay, and a subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel it from your billing page.

Refunds

Fourteen days on every charge.

Any paid charge can be refunded in full within 14 days, renewals included. The Refund Policy sets out the exceptions, how to ask and how long the money takes to arrive.

Availability

We work to keep it running, without guarantees.

We aim to keep HyverMail available and to deliver every message, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or delivery.

Ending the agreement

You can leave at any time.

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.

Liability

The limits of our responsibility.

To the extent the law allows, Hyver Information Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including mail that was delayed or not delivered.

Changes

We will tell you before these terms change.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date and notify account holders of significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use HyverMail after that means you accept the new terms.
