Who we are

Hyver Information Technology is responsible for your data.

HyverMail is operated by Hyver Information Technology, based in Amman, Jordan. For anything about your data, contact us at support@hyvermail.com.

What we collect

Only what the service needs to work.

When you use HyverMail we process:

• Account details: your name, your email address, and your password stored only as a secure hash.
• Routing details: your aliases and the inboxes they deliver to. Inbox addresses are stored encrypted.
• Delivery records: when a message arrived and whether it was delivered, without its subject or content.
• Security records: sign-in sessions, devices and security events that protect your account.

Your messages

We do not keep the mail we forward.

A message passes through HyverMail only to be delivered to you. While it is being delivered it is held encrypted; it is deleted as soon as delivery succeeds, and a message that cannot be delivered is deleted within 24 hours. We do not read your mail, and we do not store message subjects or bodies in our records.

What we never do

Your data is not our product.

We will never:

• Sell or rent your personal data.
• Show advertising or build advertising profiles.
• Use third-party analytics or tracking on this website.
• Read your messages or share them with anyone.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists, and no longer.

Account and routing data are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your data is removed and your aliases are retired permanently so nobody else can receive mail meant for you. Limited security records may be kept for a short time to protect the service against abuse.

Your rights

Access, correct, export or delete your data.

You can change your details and delete your account from your account settings at any time. For anything else, including a copy of your data, write to us and we will respond as promptly as we can.

Changes

We will tell you before this changes.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and its date, and notify account holders of significant changes before they take effect.
